Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information glucophagi.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • If you sign up for our free guide, we collect your first name and email address so we can send it to you, along with occasional emails.
  • Our emails are sent through AWeber. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
  • We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read.
  • Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one, the seller and ClickBank (the company that processes the sale) may use cookies to track that the visit came from us.
  • You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you sign up for the Blood Sugar Blueprint, we collect your first name and email address. If you contact us, we receive whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your general location (city or region), the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived at our site. Google provides us with aggregated reports; we don't use it to identify you personally.

Email activity. AWeber, our email provider, records whether our emails are delivered, opened and clicked. This helps us see which emails are useful and spot delivery problems.

We don't knowingly collect health information about you. Please don't send us medical details. We can't give medical advice.

2. How we use your information

  • To send you the free guide and the emails you signed up for
  • To reply when you contact us
  • To understand which content is useful and improve the site
  • To keep the site secure and comply with the law

Our emails include articles and product reviews, some with affiliate links. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Affiliate links and cookies

glucophagi.com is an independent site and earns commissions through affiliate links, including links to GlucoBerry sold through ClickBank. When you click an affiliate link, you leave our site. ClickBank and the seller may place cookies in your browser to record that you came from us, so we can be credited if you buy. Their use of your information is covered by their own privacy policies, including ClickBank's privacy policy.

Our own pages use Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic, as described in section 1. We don't use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

5. Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
  • Access, correct or delete your information by contacting us. We'll respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we hold about you, to have it deleted, or to object to how it's used. Contact us to make a request; we won't treat you differently for doing so. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (when you sign up) and our legitimate interest in running the site.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your name and email for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, our email provider keeps your address on a suppression list so you aren't emailed again. You can ask us to delete it completely.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email service is completely secure.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
